Design, development, analysis, testing and validation of motors for general appliances and consumer electronics; set up dynamometer and equipment labs; drove quality assurance and regulatory compliance across the motor design team.
Projects executed: Juicer mixer grinders, coolers, induction & BLDC ceiling fans, TPW fans, bath vent fans, geysers, room heaters, irons, microwave & conventional ovens. 5 patents filed.
Led motor design, development and analysis, with a focus on washing machines, HVAC motors, BLDC ceiling fans and solar submersible pumps; managed product portfolio and test-lab operations.

Established and led the Electromagnetics & Motors division — design, development, analysis and test labs — alongside plant setup and production infrastructure for auxiliary motors and generators up to 200 kW. Specialized in railway engine and bogie applications.

Design, development, validation and system integration of BLDC/BLAC motors and alternators; established the specialized aerospace motor division plant and lab facility.
